Bad Seeds is the creation of Edinburgh based chefs Tomás Gormley and Sam Yorke.
The aim is to provide a high quality, hassle free meal for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
All food is prepared carefully and professionally by us and then safely delivered to your front door.
cheese
Cheese will be provided by Edinburgh institution IJ Mellis
Each week Rory Mellis will curate a selection of cheeses depending on what is best at the moment and which cheeses will best complement the meal.
Wine
We have teamed up with Mistral, an independent wine shop based in the heart of Leith.
Each week they will be pairing a selection of different wines based on the current food menu.
Cider
“There is a place for cider alongside fine wines, craft beers and anywhere in between. The diversity of cider is what makes it such an exciting drink.”
Grant, from re:stalk, will be selecting a few of his favourite ciders every week which have been paired to the changing menus.
